A man staggers forward carrying ten heavy wands bundled in his arms, bent over so the wands block his view. He's heading towards a house or town in the distance, so he's nearly there. But he can't see where he's going, and he's taking the whole load alone.

Upright, the Ten of Wands points to heavy responsibility. You may have taken on too much — work, family duties, other people's problems — and it's weighing you down. Success has come with extra obligations.
